I think by then all the forums doom will have come... since all the forums are doomed to die... but maybe we shall all be close friends by then...

there, there, Arwen. Rivendell doesn't seem like it's about to die, nor does Arda...and the Downs seem to be there yet. Imladris is alive...to some extent.. so the forums aren't doomed just yet. And I do hope we'll all still be very close friends over the next few years and beyond.

In honour of the relationship between Merry and King Théoden, which PJ so cruelly left out.. I have made a nice little desktop wallpaper. I rendered a picture from the movie, I believe its from the EE... and well...this is what I ended up with: Clicky, clicky.

Maybe it will be in the extended version. There is always hope!!!!
I'm okay, just the thought of leaving people always makes me sad. I've developed the habit of just not thinking. Sounds horrible, but if I let myself think of the friends I left and stuff like that, I end up crying.
Okay, that was totally weird. back to work!

I think it used to bother me more before... o.O I guess I'm used to leaving all the time... Erm yeah.. Merry Merry Christmas Eve to everyone! Amarië came over to my house yesterday, after I went over to her house. We had a spiffy time. We did...not much. We watched Flipper, and severely scarred ourselves mentally... what fun. Then we watched some of the commentary of FotR. And I finally saw PotC. It was very...interesting! *steals feather off of William's hat, then pushes William into the sea* BWAHAHAHA! Speaking of William, I borrowed (without permission, naturally) Uncle Dom's imaginary friend William. He's very tall, you know. And then we took him to Brooke the Board's house. She flung a ring at his head. Poor William. He even cried. The next day, we went to Target, and I seriously think, that store, should be blessed. THEY HAVE TRAVIS!!!!! and not only, did they have Travis, which is terribly unusual for where I live, but, they played the video for Re-offender. Thusly, when we weren't staring at LotR stuf, we were watching the video, and telling everyone in the store to 'Buy Travis now!!!' Much fun. *grin* And you know what? Amarië bought 12 Memories for me as an early Christmas present! ;D I told her I have to get her Coldplay now. She also got her three Travis CD's (including 'Good Feeling', 'The Man Who', and '12 Memories' (ironically enough, I have a burned copy of the CD she is missing, but will get after the holidays)) So, by the time we got to my house, we had all of the Travis CDs and a surplus of 12 memories. But it was great anyway. It was complete Travisteria! *grin* Now, before I went to Amarië's house, my computer blew up. By the time she came to my house, it was still...blown up. So, we had to fix it. Not sure what happened. It wasn't a virus...we're thinking that it was just simply the fact that I was running an older version of a program, not compatible with the version of Windows that I had, and thusly, it re-wrote over some of the windows files, corrupting and/or deleting Windows all together. o.O I also, after all my life, found out we celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve. I really didn't know that. I always remembered from when I was really little, and actually got presents, celebrating on Christmas Day... o.o In any event, I got a digital camera. *chuckles* I haven't been too tempted to bite it just yet. I think I'd like to use it first...XD I still have just about..no programs, but my brother has all the CD's for that, and by tomorrow, I should have my computer back up, and hopefully, better than ever. My sound isn't working. That would be horrible, but luckily, I have my CD player (which I have to keep alive on a should-be-patented 'CD Player Keepy-Alive Machine Thing') and Travis. I also have this crazy idea of just getting the cover of 12 Memories blown up to poster size, and spare myself like £4.25...*chuckles* that would have been a problem considering my financial status - broke. Ahhh, well. All is good. I have Travis, I have LotR, I have these forums, and all the lovely people, most importantly, who bring this forum to life.

Fwee! I'm at Amarië's house still.. My parents just left me here to wither, and die. We're watching TTT EE right now, and replying. o.O
Amarië: yes, all I said was Flipper looked pregnant... and after all those creepy things you said, I said, 'I'M A MOTHER' as in what someone else would say.... and we arnt exactly watching TTT EE... out of the corner of our eyes, yes... I guess you could
Mippin: *blink, blink* Aaaaannnnnywho... o.O We started a foundation, and we'd like to see if the rest of you Rivendellers would like to get involved in it.
It's the Save-A-Merry Foundation. (also known as the S.A.M.) and it's purpose is to prevent Merry-abuse
For all of you who have seen all three movies, just count how many times Merry is physically abused. He is squished by a talking tree, stepped on by an orc, the orcs tried to poison him *glares at Amarië* the orc tried to pry him off the tree, Gandalf flung him practically off the screen, and because of Treebeard, Merry will never have children.
Thusly, this is social protest against PJ for abusing Merry so much. Spr
Amarië: --say... as I was so rudely interupted... *glares* and it wasn't exactly poison... and what would I have to do with it? just because I nearly poisoned this one dude at school, doesnt mean I would poison Merry... NEVER!
Mip: ead the word. o.O Well, they sure as keck tested his gag reflexes... o.O O.o O.O o.o AND WHAT ABOUT HIS LACK OF SCARRING?!?!?!?!?!?!
Amarië: yes, I would never poison Merry... *pets Merry*
*Merry growls and bites off finger*
Mip: *snicker, snicker* Isn't Merry wonderful? Not to mention that he is ALSO!!!! emotionally abused by King Théoden, if not physically as well. Then, after all the abuse, he goes and helps the only person (other than Pip, and the rest of the hobbits) who acknowledges him, and nearly kills himself! THE DUDE NEEDS PROTECTION!!! (and maybe pills...)
Amarië: Pills? erm... yes... *scurries away*
Mip: Kidding...just kidding... o.O DON'T YOU GET IT?!?!?!?! You don't?
Anywho, just put 'Prevent Merry-Abuse' in your sig, and also S.A.M.*gasps, and turns away to watch TTT for the best line in the movie*

Ouch. I got a titanium splinter stuck in my foot. (It was really metal...and it was fairly large, and got stuck about halfway in, I just pulled it out. Wasn't painful) I called it Sblomie, and I plan to frame it. I still have it. *grin*
